QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, management information
system, or geoscience
• Advanced degree is preferred
• Team Player
• 10+ years of Experience in Oil and Gas Industry (Preferable Upstream)
• 5 years if Experience in business process management
• Lead a cross functional business Process mapping, modeling
• Lean Six Sigma certified
• Certified in CBPA, CBPP, or CBPL
• Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken
• Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills
